Return Eligibility
Ready-made, non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, in original condition, and include the original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Custom or personalized items
- Live-sale exclusive items
- Final-sale items
- Clearance items
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@daydreamdiy.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
How to Request a Return
- Email info@daydreamdiy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
- Ship the approved return to the address provided by our support team.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For approved standard returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will review the case and provide instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already shipped or entered custom production might not be cancellable.
