4. How long does shipping take?

5. Can I return an item?
Ready-made, non-custom items may be eligible for return if they are unused, in original condition, and returned according to our Refund Policy.
6. Which items are not returnable?
Custom, personalized, live-sale exclusive, final-sale, and clearance items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
